Kiernan Experimental Archaeology Award
The Kiernan Experimental Archaeology Award supports innovative research by providing small but impactful micro-funding. Each year, EXARC grants two awards of 500 EUR, sponsored by member John Kiernan (US), enabling experiments that might otherwise lack the resources to begin. Open to anyone - professionals, students, or independent researchers - the award encourages projects across all periods and themes, not only prehistory. Alongside financial support, EXARC offers global networks, access to materials, and publication opportunities in Â鶹. The award serves as seed money to help promising ideas grow into meaningful contributions to experimental archaeology.
